The action-thriller movie «Kerosene Cowboys» was filmed in Fernley Justice Court, featuring actors Cam Gigandet, Shane West, Bill Pullman and Mario Van Peebles.
On Saturday, the court house was turned into a movie set, complete with cameras, lights, boom microphones, and 80 cast and crew members.
According to Van Peebles, who is also directing the film, the crew traveled from St Petersburg, Russia to Nevada, and filmed at NAS Fallon, Fernley and Stead.

Filming finished Tuesday on “Kerosene Cowboys,” film directed by Mario Van Peebles in production for the past week at the Reno-Stead Airport.
The movie is about a squadron of Navy pilots ordered to sneak into the Middle East on a covert military mission, based on a series of novels by former naval aviator Randy Arrington.

Cam Gigandet, Shane West and Rachael Leigh Cook are in negotiations to star in «Kerosene Cowboys,» an action thriller that Mario Van Peebles will direct for Svarog-Afterburner Films.
