I have also discovered that Cam Gigandet was cast as Kip in «American Crude» (2007), a movie directed by Craig Sheffer…
So «American Crude» and «On The Doll» are not listed on Gigandet’s IMDB page. If I hadn’t seen Cam by chance in the trailer of «On The Doll,» I would have never known his full filmography.
