Cam Gigandet won the ‘Choice Movie Villain’ award for his role in «Twilight» at the 11th annual Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 9) in Universal City, California. He also shared the ‘Choice Movie Rumble’ award with Robert Pattinson.
The Twilight star did not attend the ceremony.

Cam Gigandet was named Rising Male Star of the year last night during the Home Entertainment Awards show at EMA’s Home Media Expo 2008 at the Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
“I play a bad guy a lot,” Gigandet said sheepishly. He thanked Summit’s Steve Nickerson, for releasing the movie "Never Back Down."

On June 24, actor Cam Gigandet will be honored as Rising Male Star of The Year during EMA's Home Media Expo 2008, taking place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Throughout the show, there will be special screenings of films bound for DVD, including «Never Back Down,» presented by Summit Home Entertainment and introduced by star Cam Gigandet!
